We currently interviewing for a Senior Portfolio Manage located at 15 Vermooten Street, Brackenhurst, Alberton.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years in Portfolio Management of Sectional Title and Homeowners Associations with a proven track record.
- Management experience in terms of management of portfolio managers, and personal assistants.
- Financial experience in terms of reading and interpret financial statements, and preparation of annual budgets, and the calculation of levies and CSOS contributions, together with the 10 year maintenance plan.
- Facilitating and attending/managing clients AGM/SGM requirements, and attending evening meetings and weekends.
- Sound knowledge of the Sectional Titles Management Act and CSOS procedures including CSOS concilliation and adjudiations.
- Sound knowledge of interpretation of HOA's MOI's.'
- Able to work as a team member.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good client relations.
Qualifications required:
- Paddocks Sectional Title/HOA course.
- Property Practitioners Act Fidelity Fund Certificate/NQFL4 qualification
- Pastel accounting will be an advantage
- Microsoft Office
