In addition to the services provided to Body Corporate's, Astrodon’s property management services for HOA's include the following as prescribed for a Section 21 non-profit company:
Management of statutory information
Assistance in updating of CIPRO documents and directors in conjunction with the appointed auditors
Registrations for applicable Section 21 companies (on request) of which it will be facilitated by the auditors
Assistance with the interpretation of the Memorandum of incorporation (MOI)
Implementation of Conduct Rules and registration thereof at CSOS
Concilliation and adjudication assistance through CSOS
